В целом все нравится: 1. все в одном месте: переписки с клиентами, заявки на звонки и прочее; 2. описание тарифных планов (вдруг что то хочешь изменить); 3. Показывает сколько посещений на сайте - можно проанализировать востребованность, вся статистика в 1 месте; Короче говоря, это в сто раз лучше, удобнее чем то что у нас было)
